A General Meeting with a Special Resolution will be held at the Club at 7.00PM on Wednesday 5th November 2025.  Please click here to see the Agenda and Notice of General Meeting and Special Resolution.

Please note that the purpose of this meeting is to address current anomalies and redundancies within the Club’s Constitution. The proposed redevelopment will not be discussed or voted on at this meeting.

Should you have any questions in relation to the matters to be considered at the meeting please submit them in writing to the CEO no later than Monday 27th October 2025. We look forward to seeing you at the meeting.

NOTICE TO MEMBERS – SPECIAL RESOLUTION VOTING ELIGIBILITY

Following a small number of enquiries, members are advised that, in accordance with Rule 110 of the Club’s Constitution, only Life Members and financial RSL Members who are present and voting at the General Meeting on Wednesday 5th November are eligible to vote on the Special Resolution.

Eligible voters will be required to provide proof of identification and/or current financial sub-Branch membership upon entry to the meeting room. They will then be issued with a special voting card, which must be shown during each stage of the voting process.

Ordinary financial members of the Forestville RSL Club Ltd are welcome to attend the meeting but are not entitled to vote on the Special Resolution.
