Dear Members,
Under the Club’s Constitution, this year is a voting year for positions on the Board of Directors. At the closure of the appointed period, we had received 3 nominations which means that voting for the 2 positions in Group 1 will take place.
Voting will be open at the club daily, from 11.00am to 8.00pm, covering 24th April to 3rd of May. On the day you decide to vote you will need to bring your Membership Card/digital membership card to the Club where a staff member will confirm your eligibility to vote and enter your details into our computer system. You may also be asked to produce an acceptable form of photo identification, for example a current Driver’s Licence. You will then be directed to an online terminal where you can submit your vote. That way your vote remains secret.
This voting system has been introduced to save time and money, is used at a number of other NSW Clubs and is overseen by an independent company with no other connection to the Club.
