All Forestville RSL Club members can spend/redeem their points on food and beverage at any point of sale, redeem and use for bingo, redeem to purchase meat raffle tickets or specialty raffle promotions. You can also redeem your points at our NEW Pitstop terminal to purchase a variety of gift cards including Visa and Eftpos. For any other information on how to spend your points please ask one of our friendly staff. Redeeming and spending your points does NOT affect your tier level.

Star Rewards is a free loyalty program for all members of Forestville RSL Club
The rewards program is a six tier system with each tier offering special benefits. The more Points you earn purchasing goods and services, the higher the level you can achieve. Tier levels are determined on the number of Points earned in a rolling 12 month period.
Depending on your tier level you will also receive a Daily Visitation and Monthly Loyalty Bonus.
The Daily Visitation Loyalty Bonus will be automatically added to your account when you swipe your members card at the foyer/entrance kiosk. The Daily Loyalty Bonus applies to 1 swipe per person per day.
The Monthly Loyalty Bonus is based on the Points earned in gaming and food/beverage activity in the previous month. The Monthly Loyalty Bonus will be automatically added to your account on the first day of the following month at approximately 8:00am.
Yes! The Birthday Loyalty Bonus will be added to your account when you swipe your card at the kiosk/entrance terminal once during the month of your birthday.
Members will receive members prices when paying cash. When using your Points to purchase food and beverage goods and services (excluding functions) you can receive a further discount depending on your tier level.
Simply ask at reception or enter your card into the entrance kiosk, gaming machine or any food or beverage terminal.
You can check your Points balance at any gaming machine, kiosk or with the change cashier.
Each month your Points will be reviewed and if you have earned the required amount in the preceding 12 month period you will be moved up a tier.
Points will be reviewed every 6 months in APRIL and OCTOBER and levels will be adjusted accordingly.
Points earned by 2 STAR, 1 STAR and MEMBER, that remain unused will be purged on the 31st December each year. Points for 5 STAR, 4 STAR and 3 STAR do not expire unless a breach of terms and conditions occur.
