Anzac Commemorative Service

The Sunday Prior To Anzac Day

On the Sunday prior to Anzac day, Forestville RSL Sub Branch members and invited guests, meet at the Soldiers memorial Hall,  located at Starkey St, Forestville at 2.30pm. From there The March begins at precisely 2.40pm returning to the Club for the commencement of the commemorative Service at 3pm. Australia My Country prizes will also be presented. All who are interested in attending are welcome.

ANZAC DAY 25th April

A Dawn Service will be held from 5.45am at the Cenotaph of Forestville RSL Club (22 Melwood Ave, Forestville), with the Catafalque Guard supplied by the 7th Field Regiment RAA. The Service will be followed by Breakfast.

REMEMBRANCE DAY 11th November

A service will commence at the Cenotaph of Forestville RSL Club from 10.30am.

If you are an ex-service member or current service member of the Defence Forces, Reserves, National Service or CMF, either full time or part time, with 6 months continuous service  " We Want You"

The Forestville Sub Branch of the RSL is looking to increase its membership.

Your fees to the RSL will be Subsidised by the Sub Branch. Membership will provide the following benefits

Membership for the Returned and Services League of Australia

Pension Services.

Welfare Services

Meet with fellow members each month for an update and refreshments

Regular guest speakers at monthly meetings.

Ex - Service Women are most welcome

Bereavement payments  after a qualifying period.

The stronger the membership, the more opportunities we have to improve benefits.
